Refunds & Returns Policy
At Vibrantsupplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for some reason this is not the case, don’t worry! Our simple returns and refunds policy will help you with that. To issue a refund:
1. Request a refund:
- Visit your Vibrantsupplies account on the Vibrantsupplies website.com or the app to request a refund. Don’t have a Vibrantsupplies account? In your Vibrantsupplies order email, click “Save Order” to start the return process.
- Search under “My orders” for the appropriate order and click on “Return”.
Select the products you want to return and state the reason for the return.Depending on the reason, we may need to provide additional information about your order. Click Next Step to continue.
- If you don’t need to return the item, simply choose your preferred return method: Vibrantsupplies credit or original payment method. Click Send.
- For returns, you can choose the return and refund method.After submitting your request, you will receive a return label for free return shipping on the first return of ANY order within 60 days of purchase.
2. Easy return steps:
- Print out the return label provided and stick it on the outside of the return package.
- Ship your package to the nearest USPS or UPS office and you’re done!
- Track your refund status on your order detail page or via SMS/email/push notifications from Vibrantsupplies.
3. Return windows and Timeline:
- You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return eligible products for a refund.
The return package must be stamped within 14 days of sending the return, otherwise the return process is complete.
4. Items that cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed, damaged, incomplete or in need of hygiene clothing.
- Items are marked as non-returnable.
- Gifts.
5. Refund Procedure:
- Refunds for returned products will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If an item is missing or not delivered, request a refund using the Returns/Other Assistance option or contact our Customer Service.
- Refunds to your original payment account may take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days).
- You can opt for Vibrantsupplies credits which have no expiry date and are faster than the original payment method. Vibrantsupplies credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Important reminders:
- Please use the address given on the return label for the package to be returned, NOT the return address given on the package.
- Check your return package carefully to ensure it does not contain any items that you do not wish to return.
